DeleteFavorite book set in the past is "Outlander" by Diana Gabaldon. It's actually a time travel novel that takes place right after WWII and 17th century Scotland.

DeleteI'm a Pride and Prejudice junkie as well (both the book and the Jennifer Ehle(?)/Colin Firth BBC series)! It seems I'm in good company :) I also love anything set in medieval/renaissance periods!

ReplyDeleteMy favorite series in Outlander Series. It has time travel and set in the 1700 and 1800's. AWESOME series! Its a must read. Also another favorite book that is set in the past is #1 The Bronze Horseman, #2 Tatiana and Alexander, #3 The Summer Garden. These are a must read!!
