 This hop features books in the past and future. No present day. I happen to love books that are set in the past. Historical Romance anyone. LOL Anyways on this stop I have two books for you to choose from. :D and just b/c I loved the movie back to the future here are some gifs

    I dont think I have a favorite. I love most historical romance novels and I love watching Emma & Pride and Prejudice.

    Favorite book set in the past is "Outlander" by Diana Gabaldon. It's actually a time travel novel that takes place right after WWII and 17th century Scotland.

    I love the 2005 Pride and Prejudice movie. And books set in Tsarist Russia always catch my eye!

    My favorite movie set in the past is probably Chicago.

    Book-wise, I'd have to say Dracula.

    I'm a Pride and Prejudice junkie as well (both the book and the Jennifer Ehle(?)/Colin Firth BBC series)! It seems I'm in good company :) I also love anything set in medieval/renaissance periods!

    Almost all of the BBC renditions of classic novels
    Troy
    Robin Hood
    The Other Boleyn Girl
    Les Miserables
    Pride and Prejudice, Emma, Vanity Fair....
    The Patriot
    And the list could go on for a while so I will stop there

    My favorite series in Outlander Series. It has time travel and set in the 1700 and 1800's. AWESOME series! Its a must read. Also another favorite book that is set in the past is #1 The Bronze Horseman, #2 Tatiana and Alexander, #3 The Summer Garden. These are a must read!!

    Robin Hood Prince of thieves and Braveheart both are great movies... Movie/book The Princess Bride... I mean who doesn't love that movie even though it isn't truly historical lol.
